What Lawa is for
Lawa turns everyday walking into races, tournaments, challenges, leagues, coins, and avatar progress. The app works best when your step source is connected and you open Lawa after walking so recent activity can sync.
First setup
- Create an account or sign in with your existing account.
- Choose a username that friends can recognize when they search for you.
- Select a step counter during onboarding so Lawa knows where to read your activity.
- Allow the motion, fitness, health, or provider permissions your phone asks for.
- Check the Profile tab after setup to see your username, level, avatar, friends, wardrobe, and settings.
What to try first
- Tap the center plus button and choose Search races to find public races.
- Tap the center plus button and choose Start new race when you want to create your own race.
- Open Challenges to start missions for walking, racing, friends, coins, shop actions, and other Lawa goals.
- Open Shop when you have coins and want to buy avatar items or loyalty rewards.
- Open Profile to add friends, update your avatar, or change account settings.
If something looks empty
- Open Lawa after walking so the app can sync recent steps.
- Check Settings > Stepcounter if steps do not move.
- Check that you are signed in to the same account on your phone.
- If a race, challenge, or reward still looks wrong, use Settings > Report bugs or email support@lawa.world.
