FAQ: I cannot log in or register

If a login link, registration, or account access step fails, check the basics first.

• Check spam or promotions folders for login emails.
• Open the newest login email only; older links may expire.
• Update Lawa to the latest app version before trying again.
• Contact support with the email address you tried if the issue continues.
