What you can do

• Check whether the race, tournament, invite, or challenge is fully completed.
• Open the relevant screen again to refresh your progress.
• Make sure your steps have synced if the reward depends on activity.
• Read the challenge requirement carefully; some goals need a specific action.
• Contact support with the reward name and expected amount if it still looks wrong.
