Friend and invite issues usually come down to account matching, exact usernames, or invite completion.
What you can do
- Ask your friend for their exact username if search does not find them.
- Make sure the invite recipient completed the required signup or action.
- Check whether both accounts are on the latest app version.
- Refresh the friends screen after accepting or sending an invite.
- Contact support with both usernames if an invite reward seems missing.
Tip
Do not share private account details; usernames are enough for most support checks.
